TrueCaller, Whitepages: Most of these applications do not provide any inbuilt mechanism for saving the search results directly. You can save the name, location, and carrier in your phonebook manually or on any note-taking application.
Paid services save results: Few paid services of the phone number lookup allow one to save the result of your search or build a customized list of contacts.
Carrier-Specific Directories:

Take Screenshots: You can take a screenshot of the page for future reference-to visually go back to the search result page. Phone number manager apps: Some of the newer applications allow users to save search results, notes, and even more information related to a specific phone number.
